Two first team all-league players from last season will make a return this season: Natalie Sigel and Carley Wilhelm.

In total, there will be 13 players, three of whom are newcomers.

With Natalie and Carley, five other starters from last year are Calli Burkholder, Natalie Hoffner, Tessa Mendoza, Haley Kraus, and Erin Regnier.

The main position that’s needed to be filled on the team is shortstop since the four-year starter from last year graduated. There is a strong chance Tessa Mendoza will be playing this position.

“As a team we need to continue to work to get better, be positive, support each other, and have some fun,” coach Judy Noller said.

“This is a great group of girls that have a lot of talent. We just need to get out there and execute on offense and defense and if we play like we can we should be very competitive and win games,” Noller said.
