Sisters Janet Cress, Letha Goering, and Julie Ritter and Molly went June 7 to Forney, Texas, to visit their aunt, Rhoda Whitcomb. They returned June 11.

Daughters and grandchildren Jessica Maddox, Dona and Daxton of Strong City and Jamie Lang of Emporia, came June 14 to the home of John and Denise Lang for an early celebration of Fathers Day. The Langs’ son, Johnny Lang of Augusta, was a weekend guest.

Lorena Magathan, Anna Voelker, and Margie Williams had refreshments June 16 at a restaurant in Florence.

Janet Cress, Doni Rogers, and Bill and Margie Williams attended a surprise celebration June 17 at the community building in Lincolnville of the 10th wedding anniversary of Carl and Becca Williams. Ty and Patty Tastave, Gary and Terry Williams, and Larry and Donna Kukuk were hosts.

Bill and Margie Williams, Gary and Terry Williams of Goddard, Carl and Becca Williams, Sadie and Lucy of Wamego, and Will Soyez celebrated Fathers Day together.

Dean Snelling of Goessel visited Dale and Tootsie Snelling over the weekend to celebrate Fathers Day.

Sherry and Keith Hess met Dale and Tootsie in Florence for a Fathers Day breakfast. Leann Lewman called to wish Dale a happy Fathers Day.
