Burns Senior Citizens met on Nov. 10. Dorene Kirkpatrick and her daughter Cindy Holt shared stories and pictures. They had taken a trip to Indiana last summer to see the “Garden Quilts.”
The annual Christmas dinner is scheduled for Dec. 10. Reservations can be made by contacting Joyce Kyle.
Ronnie and Patti Gaines went to Mary Olson’s in Marion on Nov. 8 for an evening wiener roast.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale went to Brad and Diane Nightengale’s for dinner Nov. 8. Laura Nightengale and Austin Locke of Peoria, Illinois, were visiting for a few days. Casey, of Wichita, and Charlie and Joyce DeForest, of El Dorado, also were guests.
Wayne and Gloria Handle of Grove, Oklahoma, visited Marie Clark on Nov. 12. Delores Russell of Augusta called and Lisa Johnson of Marion brought supper and visited. Marie was an overnight guest of Jen Stucky in Newton on Nov. 8.
Bob Kyle and Jim and Beulah Gehring called on Joyce Kyle on Nov. 11. Mary and Greg Langenegger picked up Joyce and they met Archie and Margellen Stenzel in Florence to have lunch for Joyce’s birthday.
