Robert Morgan

Robert H. Morgan, 82, passed away Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016, in Peabody, Kansas.

He was born May 6, 1934, in Burns to Herbert and Rosey (Lesson) Morgan.

He loved fishing, sports, and spending time with family and friends. He was a school bus driver for the Peabody school district and a member of the Peabody Board of Education. He married Marjorie Manka on Dec. 15, 1957.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marjorie, brother Melvin Morgan, and a baby son.

Robert is survived by daughters, Jenny Morgan and Sarah Kallansrud; granddaughters, Danyel Butler and husband, Kit, and Joslyn Terrones and husband, Jarred; four great-grandchildren, Riley, Madilynn, Kaiden, and Ismaie; brother Ivan Morgan; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at United Methodist Church in Peabody.
