Nov. 29 — A trespass complaint in the 200 block of S. Birch St., theft report in the 200 block of W. B St., and report of animal abuse in the 300 block of N. Jefferson St. were investigated. A man was arrested for a probation violation in the 300 block of N. Birch St.

Dec. 1 — A noninjury accident was investigated in the 200 block of N. Main St.

Dec. 2 — A dispute between a landlord and a tenant was investigated. A trespass complaint was investigated in the 300 block of N. Jefferson St.

Thursday — A report of a financial card that had been used illegally was investigated in the 100 block of N. Washington St. A trespass complaint was investigated in the 200 block of S. Birch St.

Friday — A report of an unknown person operating an ATV in Memorial Park, two parking complaints, and suspicious activity were investigated.

Saturday — Complaints of trespassing, a dog at large, and a threat were investigated.
