These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
SHERIFF
Battery, disorderly conduct
As was reported in a news story last week, James S. Blansett, 65, and William P. Castleberry, 46, of different Burns addresses were arrested after they allegedly argued between 7:30 and 9:32 p.m. Oct. 13 outside Castleberry’s residence in the 300 block of Cleveland Ave. in Burns.
They and Robyn L. Basham, 43, of the same Cleveland Ave. address, suffered injuries characterized as minor.
Blansett and Castleberry were taken to county jail and released 1½ hours later, each after posting a $2,000 bond.
HILLSBORO
Criminal threat
An acquaintance reportedly threatened an unidentified woman at 8:26 p.m. Oct. 14 at a residence in the 300 block of S. Cedar St.
The case, about which no other information was released, was referred to the county attorney for possible charges.
