Charles Henderson III, 24, Ramona, was reported to be a victim of battery between 11 p.m. Feb. 17 and 12:15 a.m. Feb. 18. According to deputy Larry Starkey’s report, the alleged incident took place on a city street and involved the use of a personal weapon.

Criminal damage to property

Kenneth Holub, 55, Marion, reported vandalism to a steel building on 250th Rd. between Remington and Sunflower Rds. that allegedly occurred between March 4 and March 8. Deputy Larry Starkey reported estimated damage of $100.
