Burglary, criminal damage

Dale’s Supermarket officials reported an estimated $50 of damage to an exterior window on the store between 6:30 Feb. 18 and 7 a.m. Feb. 20. Police indicated that an unknown suspect entered the building through the bathroom window, but no items were reported stolen.

Burglary

Nancy Marr, 77, Marion, reported the theft of a universal garage door remote, valued at $50, at 2:30 p.m. Friday from 1510 Victory Ln.

Aggravated burglary, theft, criminal damage to property

Kenneth Harold Nelson Jr., 58, Marion reported the theft of driver’s license and four financial cards from 214 N. 2nd St. between 11:30 p.m. Feb. 18 and 12:30 a.m. Feb 19. In an offense report, assistant Chief Clinton Jeffrey said $100 of damage was done to a screen door and window at Nelson’s residence when an unknown person forced it open and broke out the window before stealing the wallet.

Unauthorized debit card use

Theresa Dix, 68, of Piqua reported on Feb. 13 that her debit card was used without authorization at 4:24 p.m. Jan. 28 at Johnson’s General Store, Florence.

An electric fencer valued at $300 was reported stolen between 5 p.m. Feb. 15 and 6 p.m. Feb. 20 from the Gordon Entz’s farm near Nighthawk Rd. and 30th Rd.
