SHERIFF’S

Aggravated battery; possession of drugs and paraphernalia

Rochelle Atwood, 50, Peabody, was victim to aggravated battery between 12 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. Dec. 6 on a rural road in the 700 block of N. Elm St. in Peabody. The offender was suspected of using alcohol, and marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized from the scene. Timothy Hahn, 62, Peabody, was arrested Dec. 7 by sheriff’s deputies on charges of domestic battery, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

Theft

James Whitney, 38, Goessel, was victim to theft of property or services when a license plate valued at $80 was stolen between 12 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. Dec. 11 from a vehicle on a city street in the 200 block of S. Buller St. in Goessel. The license plate was reported as recovered.

Criminal damage

Margie Tilton, 59, Durham, reported that tires valued at $1,400 were destroyed, damaged, or vandalized between 12:01 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. Oct. 6 in the 200 block of 6th St. in Durham.

Burglary

Maxine Ireland, 90, Enid, Oklahoma, was reported by Thomas Ireland, 60, Enid, as being victim to burglary at 9:25 a.m. Dec. 10 on 210th Rd. near Marion. A refrigerator, vacuum, and 5-gallon gasoline can, valued at a total of $255, were reported as stolen
