Distribution and possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia

Clayton Tate Lingenfelter, 18, Hillsboro, was arrested on charges of distribution of marijuana, possession of 25 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:24 p.m. June 12 in Memorial Park.

Criminal damage to property

Lisa M Plumb, 41, Hillsboro, reported someone had spray-painted profanity on her garage between 9 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday at 118 N. Madison St.

Ronnie Carpenter, 19, Lincolnville, reported that an acquaintance threatened him with a weapon between 8 and 8:45 p.m. June 12 in the 100 block of D. St., Ramona.
