Randy Bryant reported that a highway road-closed sign and 4-by-7-foot road barricade, owned by the Kansas Department of Transportation, were damaged between 6:59 p.m. Oct. 13 and 7:12 p.m. Oct. 14. Estimated cost of damages was $200.
