Friday — Chicken salad sandwich, macaroni salad, vegetable, fruit.

Monday — Tamale pie, pinto beans, Spanish rice, fruit.

Tuesday — Bierocks casserole, vegetable, fruit.

May 23 — Hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable, fruit.

May 24 — Chicken with rice casserole, vegetable, fruit, wheat bread.
