Marion blood drive Nov. 14

Red Cross will have a blood drive from 1:15 to 6:15 p.m. Nov. 14 at Holy Family Catholic Church on N. Cedar St., Marion.

The Red Cross and blood drive organizers are hoping to collect 48 donations.

“We’re looking forward to once again being in Marion,” Central Plains Blood Services Region account manager Susan Faler said. “The blood supply is extremely low due to national disasters, so I hope the community will embrace this opportunity to show Marion’s spirit of giving in action.”
