Mike, Sylvia, and Kimberly Sayers and Kimberly’s fiancé, Brandon Dunning, of Colorado Springs, arrived July 15 at the home of Lawrence and Lois Sayers to help Lawrence and Lois celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary. Sandy, Bruce, Megan, and Jessica Sayers and Sheilah and Gunter Liebherr of Andover joined them. The group from Colorado Springs returned home July 17.

The annual Burns hog roast was July 16. Winner of a senior citizen quilt was Alice Weber Hatch.

Dinner guests July 17 of Greg and Zeola Langenegger were Mary and Gary Lanenegger and Joyce Kyle.

Richard and Deby Lambert of New England his sister, Bonnie and Al Plummer on July 15. They spent the night with Richard’s brother, Larry Lambert, in Valley Center. On July 16, they went to El Dorado to Ben and Jean Plummer’s to celebrate Jean’s 80th birthday. Others there were Kay Hall, Ron and June Ford, Shelby and Taylon Pyeatt, and Ben and Jean’s children and grandchildren.

Beth Wolf visited Marie Clark on July 19.

Lawrence and Lois Sayers called on Joyce Kyle on July 19.

Marion County Senior Citizens met July 15 at Burns Community Center July 15.
