Lake to feature holiday lighting

Start the Christmas holiday with a “drive through” on Hill Rd. at Marion County Lake from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 3 to view festive decorated homes and acres of sparkling lights.

Visitors are being encouraged to continue around the lake to view decorations.

Lakeshore Dr. will sport a 25-foot decorated Christmas tree, and Rudolph will land Santa’s sleigh at the lake again this year. Santa will talk to children and give candy canes to the young and “young at heart.”

To view homes, turn left off Upland Rd. onto Lakeshore Dr. and continue to Hill Rd.
