Danielle Nicole Hatfield, 214 S. Lombard St., Tampa, found guilty of endangering a child and two counts battery; a 24-months sentence suspended for 18 months supervised probation and five days of controlled sentence, must write apology to victim, cannot operate day care; must make restitution to victim for doctor bills/counseling.

Christopher Parks Bullock, 2319 Enterprise Apt. A, El Dorado, attempted felony theft amended July 18 to attempted criminal deprivation of property.

Bradley Adam Schmidt, 315 W. 2nd St., McPherson, possession of hydrocodone, possession of marijuana, endangering a child, and parking where prohibited amended July 13 to possession of marijuana.

Melissa Nichole Fisher, 625 S. Freeborn St., Marion, found guilty June 14 of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charge of possession of methamphetamines dismissed with prejudice; 60-day jail term suspended for 12-months supervised probation (which may become unsupervised after six months); must successfully complete treatment, fined $401.

Charles Miles, 204 Sycamore St., Peabody, possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia dismissed June 1 without prejudice.

Hannah Sue Henry, 730 Westchester Place, Andover, 12-month diversion agreement entered July 18 for battery; fined $678.49.

Jason L. Anderson, 625 S. Freeborn St., Marion, found guilty May 18 of possession of marijuana; charges of possession of methamphetamines, battery, and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice; sentencing scheduled for July 20.

Eddie Jo Farner, 421 Columbus St., Tampa, charge of battery amended July 21 to disorderly conduct.
