Charles Miles, 204 Sycamore St., Peabody, possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia dismissed June 1 without prejudice.

Hannah Sue Henry, 730 Westchester Place, Andover, 12-month diversion agreement entered July 18 for battery; fined $678.49.

Jason L. Anderson, 625 S. Freeborn St., Marion, found guilty May 18 of possession of marijuana; charges of possession of methamphetamines, battery, and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice; sentencing scheduled for July 20.

Eddie Jo Farner, 421 Columbus St., Tampa, charge of battery amended July 21 to disorderly conduct.
