12:07 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported an elderly man with blood pressure issues from the 800 block of S. Washington St. to HCH.

7 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 600 block of S. Lincoln St. for a man in his 80s having a seizure. He was transported to HCH.

8:06 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a basic-life-support patient from St. Luke Hospital to Wesley.

9:33 p.m. — Florence fire, Peabody fire, and Florence ambulance responded to the vicinity of Yarrow and 10th Rds. west of Burns for a shed on fire.

Thursday

7:50 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to 140th Rd. between Limestone and Kanza Rds. for a man who fell and hit his head. He was transported to Newton Medical Center.

8:44 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St. for a woman who had fallen and needed assistance getting up. The woman was not transported.

11:12 a.m. — Marion ambulance and Hillsboro ambulance acting as first response responded to the 400 block of N. Ash St. for a woman who had fallen. She was transported to HCH.

11:27 a.m. — Marion fire, Lincolnville fire, and Florence fire responded to 230th and Yarrow Rds. for a grass fire with structures in the area.

1:07 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from HCH to Newton Medical Center.

2:13 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to Oakwood Apartments for a woman having right side pains. She was transported to HCH.

4:37 a.m. — Lincolnville fire responded to the 400 block of Lincolnville Ave. for a grass fire east of a house.

8:39 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to Random Rd. at Marion County Lake for a woman in her 60s having difficulty breathing. She was transported to St. Luke. Marion fire assisted with lifting.

9:26 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to 190th Rd. between Pawnee and Quail Creek Rds. for a man who had stents put in at the beginning of the week and was experiencing chest pains. Marion fire assisted with lifting. He was transported to St. Luke.

1:40 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 200 block of Walnut St. for a man who was diabetic and not feeling well. He was transported to St. Luke.

8:02 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the Peabody-Burns basketball game for a possible concussion. The person was transported to Newton Medical.

Saturday

12:22 a.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to Tabor College for a fire alarm going off in the Dakota dorms.

7:19 a.m. — Peabody ambulance and Peabody fire responded to the corner of 2nd and Spruce Sts. for a camper on fire.

10:32 a.m. — Goessel fire responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident at 130th and Alamo Rds. There were no injuries reported.

11:15 a.m. — Peabody fire, Peabody ambulance, Florence fire, and Burns fire responded to 70th Rd. between Timber and Upland Rds. for a controlled burn that got out of control. Peabody ambulance transported a person with smoke inhalation to HCH.

4:14 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 200 block of Eisenhower Dr. for a woman in her 90s with shortness of breath and high blood pressure. She was transported to St. Luke Hospital.

9:52 p.m. — Peabody fire was told by dispatchers they received a call about a controlled burn on 70th Rd. between Timber and Upland Rds. and said it was still burning. A person went to inspect it and said it was under control.

sunday

11:54 a.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to 190th and Falcon Rds. for a controlled burn that had gotten out of control.

5:01 p.m. — Durham fire responded to the reservoir on 260th Rd. east of Broken Bridge for a tree that was smoldering.

monday

8:35 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to Hillsboro airport to take a patient from Lifeteam to HCH.

3:09 p.m. — Marion ambulance performed an advanced-life-support transfer from St. Luke to Newton Medical.

8:29 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke to Via Christi St. Francis, Wichita.

10:23 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 1500 block of E. Main St. in Marion for a person who had fallen and needed help up. The person did not need transport.
