DEC. 29

4:23 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 200 block of N. 4th St. for a medical alert that was activated. The individual was transported to St. Luke Hospital.

7:38 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 400 block of E. Main St. in Goessel for a woman in her 80s who was lethargic and had a fever. She was transported to Newton Medical Center.

8:49 a.m. — Peabody ambulance, rescue, and fire were called to the area of Old Mill Rd. between 50th and 60th Rds. for a tractor that rolled while carrying a round bale. The driver reportedly said he was OK and that the road was icy.

10:41 a.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a basic-life-support patient from St. Luke to Wesley Medical Center.

11:18 a.m. — Peabody fire responded to 10th Rd. between Nighthawk and Mustang Rds. after a pilot stove caught on fire.

1:26 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to Carriage Manor in Florence for a man unable to get into a vehicle. He was not transported.

DEC. 30

3:07 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 400 block of N. Locust St. for a woman who had fallen. She was transported to Newton Medical Center.

9:59 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 300 block of N. Lincoln St. for a woman who had fallen and needed assistance getting up. The woman was not transported.

10:36 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a woman who was not feeling well from the 500 block of W. Grand St. to Hillsboro Community Hospital. Hillsboro fire was paged for lifting assistance.

Thursday

2:33 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to Quail Creek Rd. between 290th and 300th Rds. for an individual who had fallen and could not get up. The individual was not transported.

4:08 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance were told by dispatch to drive along US-56 toward McPherson County after a male subject took a vehicle with a pregnant woman and child inside the vehicle and ended up in a ditch. No life threatening injuries were reported, but mother and daughter were transported to HCH.

4:36 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from HCH to Newton Medical.

7:31 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to Cindy’s Café for a man who was choking. The man was not transported.

9:36 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 400 block of N. Locust St. for a woman in her 80s having chest pains. She was transported to Newton Medical.

friday

3:55 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to 140th Rd. between Jade and Kanza Rds. for a woman having an asthma attack. She was transported to HCH.

11:09 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 700 block of Prairie Lawn Rd. for a man complaining of shortness of breath and pain in his arm. He was transported to Newton Medical.

Saturday

1:11 a.m. — Hillsboro transported to Newton Medical a man who reportedly was having a seizure on Chisholm Trail Rd. between 80th and 90th Rds. Goessel first responders were also called.

7:51 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance took a woman with high blood pressure and pain on her left side from Bethesda Home in Goessel to Newton Medical.

sunday

5:16 a.m. — A woman with shortness of breath was transported from the 400 block of N. Lincoln St. to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

9:54 a.m. — A woman who passed out at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Marion declined transport by Marion ambulance.

1:51 p.m. — A reportedly suicidal patient in the 900 block of Melvin St. in Marion declined transportation by Marion ambulance.

3:40 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance performed an advanced-life-support transfer from HCH to Salina Regional Health Center.

monday

1:23 a.m. — Florence ambulance transported to St. Luke a person who reportedly was short of breath in the 100 block of 9th St.
