Jan. 19

4:29 a.m. — Marion ambulance, Marion rescue, and Marion fire responded to a non-injury rollover accident near US-77 south of 270th Rd. The individuals refused transport.

10:34 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported an individual from a rollover accident near Goldenrod and 190th Rds. to Hillsboro Community Hospital. Hillsboro fire and Hillsboro rescue also responded.

11:13 a.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman in her 50s who fell and was complaining of back pain from the front of the Elgin Hotel Bed and Breakfast on 3rd St. to St. Luke Hospital.

12:10 p.m. — Peabody ambulance, and Peabody fire responded to around 5 miles north of US-50 on Indigo Rd. for a young woman whose vehicle had rolled onto its side due to icy roads. No transportation was provided.

12:40 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a man in his 80s who fell and hit his head from the senior center on Main St. to HCH.

1:05 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 1100 block of Denver St. for a woman in her 40s who suffered a possible stroke. She was transported to St. Luke.

1:12 p.m. — Marion ambulance was called to the 2100 block of Kruse St. for a woman in her 70s who slipped on ice and hurt her knee. Marion did not have a second crew available to respond, so Hillsboro ambulance responded. She was transported to St. Luke.

3:35 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the alley west of Hillsboro Elementary School for a woman in her 50s who fell on ice, hit her head, and was unconscious at one point. She was transported to HCH.

5:17 p.m. — Peabody ambulance, Peabody fire, and Peabody rescue responded near 100th and Jade Rds. for a rollover accident involving a young female. She was not transported.

jan. 20

6:06 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance and Hillsboro fire responded to a roll-over accident on 190th Rd. approximately one and a half miles east of Hillsboro. An individual was transported to HCH.

8:11 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance, Hillsboro fire, and Hillsboro rescue responded to D St. by the airport for a one-vehicle rollover accident. An individual was transported to HCH.

9:24 a.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to Tabor College outside of the library for a small fire. The fire was extinguished by a Tabor student, and Hillsboro fire turned the scene over to Tabor maintenance.

12:50 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 100 block of N. Washington St. for a man in his 90s who was vomiting. He was transported to HCH.

4:58 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance was informed of a patient who called dispatchers saying he had fallen in the rain and possibly broken something, but were unable to get a location. Dispatchers said they would notify Hillsboro ambulance if they found his location. Notification was not specified in newspaper recordings.

Thursday

9:18 a.m. — Lincolnville first response, Lincolnville fire, Tampa ambulance, and Marion rescue responded to 310th Rd. east of Centre High School for a rollover accident. Transportation was not specified.

5:54 p.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman who had fallen from Remington Rd. near Pilsen to St. Luke Hospital. Lincolnville first responders also responded, and Lincolnville fire provided lifting assistance.

8:44 p.m. — Ramona fire, Ramona first response, and Tampa ambulance responded to a railroad track intersection on 1st St. in Ramona after a truck, which was empty at the time, was struck by a train. A patient refused transport.

friday

3:10 p.m. — A Hillsboro EMT requested a wrecker and officer assistance after reporting seeing a vehicle slide off the road near 190th and US-56. No injuries were reported.

10:16 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the lobby of Parkside Homes for a man who needed to be transported to HCH to be evaluated.

Saturday

6:53 a.m. — Marion ambulance and Marion fire responded to 140th and Nighthawk Rds. for an injury accident. An individual was transported to St. Luke.

9:04 p.m. — Peabody fire was called to the 400 block of N. Locust St. for a fire alarm going off. They were then notified that an individual had reportedly burned toast, and were dismissed.

3:35 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 300 block of S. 4th St. for a man complaining of hip and back pain. He was transported to St. Luke.

5:37 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.

8:26 p.m. — Peabody fire and Peabody ambulance responded to Westview Manor for a fire alarm going off. No fire was discovered, and no transportation was necessary.

8:50 p.m. —Peabody fire responded to Westview Manor again after dispatchers told them that the alarm company advised another fire alarm was going off.

sunday

12:41 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from HCH to Wesley.

7:19 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a man who was unconscious from the 600 block of S. Lincoln St. to HCH.

monday

4:05 a.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman in her 50s with extreme back pain to St. Luke. Marion fire was called for lifting assistance. The location of the call could not be determined from dispatch recordings.

8:14 a.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to US-56 for traffic control.

10:48 a.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman who fell and was complaining of hip pain from the 800 block of Weldon St. to St. Luke.
