Zachery Lee Aders, 44, Maize, formally was charged July 29 with operating a vehicle without a required anti-drinking interlock, possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, and speeding.

Shuree Raquel Bailey, 33, Junction City, formally was charged July 31 with possession of opiates, two counts of interference with law enforcement, driving while her license was suspended, failure to display evidence of liability insurance and a driver’s license, speeding.

Dominic Jacob Bartel, 20, Hillsboro, was found guilty July 1 of attempted aggravated battery, two counts of making a criminal threat, and domestic battery. He was sentenced to 26 months’ probation. Charges of battery and aggravated assault were dismissed.

Malulani Sage-Azania Bird, 39, Santa Fe, New Mexico, was sentenced July 24 to a year of probation for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia and driving with a defective taillight.

Micah Lea Duhon, 31, Peabody, formally was charged July 29 with possession of THC and drug paraphernalia and speeding.

James Leon Findley, 46, Peabody, formally was charged July 7 with domestic battery, violation of an order of protection, interfering with law enforcement, and criminal damage to property.

Travis Wade Gaston, 56, Peabody, formally was charged July 24 with possession of stolen property, driving while his license was suspended, operating with an expired tag, and failure to properly signal.

A charge of violating an order of protection against William Lee Hallock, 41, Auburn, Kentucky, was dismissed July 6.

A charge of aggravated failure to appear in court against Bruce Andrew Whitenack, 45, Newton, was dismissed July 28.
