Probation for Austin Earl Stahlheber, 22, Hillsboro, who was convicted in 2023 for possession of marijuana, was revoked and reinstated several times. On Dec. 22, his probation was revoked again for not abiding and disposition was scheduled.

Brian Michael Scheikofsky pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to domestic battery. Under a plea agreement, he was sentenced six months in jail, suspended, for one year of supervised probation. He also is to have no contact with the victim.

Alan Dean Gillen, 62, Peabody, was given a diversion July 24 on a charge of domestic battery.

Ssupervised probation for James Wullenweber IV, 43, Hillsboro, was reduced Feb. 11 for his performance while on probation after guilty pleas in 2023 for physical contact in a rude, insulting, or angry manner and endangerment.
