Calvin J. Hinz, 41, Lincolnville, formally was charged Nov. 7 with domestic battery.

Allison A. McDowell pleaded no contest Oct. 21 to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $218. Charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper driving on a laned roadway, and driving with a defective mirror were dismissed.

Tommy E. McBride was sentenced Oct. 31 to 18 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $713 for possession of methamphetamine.

Sara Jane Nicole Miller pleaded no contest Nov. 4 to possession of THC and driving under the influence of drugs. Dismissed were charges of possession of cocaine, codeine, phentermine hydrochloride, psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

A bench warrant was issued Oct. 17 for Ryan T. Inlet after he failed to appear in court for sentencing for driving under the influence of alcohol.
