Joshua G. French, 18, Marion, formally was charged Oct. 7 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving without a valid driver’s license, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, reckless driving, driving with expired registration, failure to yield at a stop of yield sign, and speeding.
