Justin M. Carpenter, 23, Indianapolis, formally was charged Sept. 2 with possession of cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, and marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana without a taxation stamp, and a weapon.
Natalie R. Geren, 40, Marion, was sentenced Aug. 22 to 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $458 for possession of methamphetamine. In a second case, she was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $858 for possession of methamphetamine. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
Andre B. Howard, 24, Newton, was sentenced Aug. 10 to 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $1,013 for driving under the influence of drugs. Dismissed was a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Makayla N. Siegrist, 22, Indianapolis, formally was charged Sept. 2 with possession of cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, and marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana without a taxation stamp, and a weapon.
Matthew J. Sikes formally was charged Aug. 30 with failure to remain at the scene of an accident, speeding, and violating a stop sign. The charge was dismissed the same day and refiled in traffic court.
Darrin W. Tannehill, 25, Lincolnville, formally was charged Aug. 30 with violation of a protective order.
