Ryan Hardey was sentenced to a year’s community correction for felony theft and ordered to pay $5,413.60 restitution, $193 court costs, $120 community corrections fee, $100 attorney fee, and $45 booking fee Nov. 5. In a separate case, he was ordered to serve a year’s community corrections consecutive to the first sentence.

A charge of driving without a license early filed against Christopher Michael Ruck was dismissed upon showing proof of a license and payment of $108 court costs Oct. 17.

Joshua Jack Smally pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and no proof of insurance Oct. 17.

Anthony Dillon Herpech pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to a year’s probation Oct. 17.

Ian A. Weisbeck, 41, Hillsboro, was formally charged with battery and criminal damage to property Dec. 3.

Joseph A. Hammond, 47, Junction City, was formally charged with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and interference with law enforcement Dec. 3.

Dustin R. Burnett was formally charged with possession of stolen property Dec. 4.

Ashley B. Loomis, 29, Marion, was formally charged with obstructing apprehension or prosecution Dec. 4.
