Evan Daniel Stahl, 18, Peabody, was formally charged June 6 with driving under the influence, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor, driving without a valid license, transporting an open container of alcohol, and failure to maintain a single lane.

Earl Leroy Hamilton, 58, Marion, was formally charged June 6 with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lindsey E. Marshall, 42, Peabody, was formally charged June 6 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Austin Molleker was formally charged June 11 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Julian Balin Howard was formally charged June 11 with possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm while under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence.

James Wullenweber, 35, Hillsboro, was formally charged June 11 with two counts of battery and with disorderly conduct and assault.

Robert E. Findley was sentenced May 16 to a year’s probation for theft.

Stephanie Lynn Johnson was sentenced June 4 to 11 months in prison for violating probation she was serving for possession of methamphetamine.

Natasha Leanne McKay was sentenced June 4 to 11 months in prison for violating probation she was serving for possession of methamphetamine.
