Ryan Snow on Sept. 12 had his diversion extended on a charge of possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Ally D. Barnette on Sept. 13 was sentenced to eight months in prison for probation violation and 30 months in prison for trafficking contraband in a correctional facility. She was ordered to pay $193 court costs, $200 DNA fee, $925 attorney fee and $45 booking fee. The sentences are to run consecutively.

Donald J. McCullough on Sept. 18 agreed to plead no contest to interference with law enforcement. Sentencing will be at a later date.

Ronald Jacob Leyman Jr. on Sept. 18 pleaded no contest to violation of Kansas offender registration act.

Parker Lee Thompson on Sept. 20 agreed to plead no contest to aggravated escape from custody.

Eric J. Williams on Aug. 28 was sentenced to a year’s probation for possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, $1,000 attorney fee, and $60 probation fee.
