Shannon D. Watt, 318 Lincoln St., Derby, 12-month diversion agreement entered June 17 for possession of stolen property, misdemeanor theft; must report any arrest or convictions within 24 hours, $528. Case to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.

Tyrone M. Vondal, Lincolnville, pleaded not guilty to battery against a law enforcement officer. Pretrial conference scheduled for July 13.

Joyce Loomis, 413 S. 4th St., Marion, pleaded not guilty May 25 to possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transportation of liquor in an open container. Hearing on motion to suppress scheduled for June 23.

Brett Deard Perrymore, Peabody, pleaded not guilty May 23 to domestic battery. Pretrial conference scheduled for July 13.

Dylan J. Cochran, Marion, rape and aggravated endangering a child amended June 17 to rape, aggravated endangering a child, and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Jason L. Anderson, 625 N. Freeborn St., Marion, pleaded not guilty April 20 to domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Pretrial conference scheduled for May 18.
