Patricia L. Miller, 1104 E. David Eugene Ruhl, 208 S. 11th St., Herington, possession of methamphetamines, sentenced June 2 to 15 month prison term, 12 months postrelease supervision term, $1,258 with restitution.

Billy M. Barber, 1959 600 Ave., Hope, possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed May 26 without prejudice.

Matthew Kenneth Kangas, 203 Elm St., Peabody, possession of methamphetamines, obstructing official duty, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and transportation of liquor in an open container amended May 31 to obstructing official duty and transportation of liquor in an open container.
