Dylan J. Cochran, 607 S. Roosevelt St., Marion, counts of rape and aggravated engenderment of a child amended Feb. 11 to rape, aggravated engenderment of a child, and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Eddie Jo Farner, 117 County Rd., Tampa, pleaded not guilty Jan. 25 to misdemeanor theft; pretrial conference scheduled for March 9.
Brian W. Hiebert, 302 W. 3rd St. Lot 7, Hillsboro, found guilty Nov. 23 of deprivation of motor vehicle; aggravated burglary dismissed pursuant to plea agreement; sentenced to serve 30 days as condition of probation, immediate 18-months supervised probation, must successfully complete TEEN Challenge program, including signing all waivers necessary so court officer can get necessary information; once TEEN is complete, defendant may see CSO, and CSO may change probation to unsupervised at her discretion. Costs and fees waived.
Melissa Nichole Fisher, 625 S. Freeborn St., Marion, interference with law enforcement dismissed Dec. 29 with prejudice. In a different case, found guilty of domestic battery and disorderly conduct; sentencing was scheduled for Feb. 10.
Merle D. Leppke, 1305 Main St., Marion, forgery and felony theft dismissed Feb. 9 with prejudice.
Melinda Potter, 24 W. 5th St., Allen, found guilty of one count giving worthless check, counts 2-8 of giving worthless checks dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to 60 days controlling sentence, immediate 12-months unsupervised probation, not to obtain or maintain a checking account, $1,288 in fees, which, once received, to be distributed as follows: $1,005.63 Animal Health Center, Marion County; $80 Marion County Attorney; $203 Clerk of District Court.
Andrew Michael Schaefer, 117 W. Washington St., Lyons, found guilty Dec. 7 to contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation, sentencing was scheduled for Feb. 1. In a different case, pleaded no contest to probation violation; sentencing was scheduled for Feb. 1.
Amy Nichole Stucky, 708 Eastern St., Wichita, driving while license suspended canceled or revoked and speeding dismissed Dec. 16 without prejudice.
Lucas Tulles, 534 N. 11th St., Towanda, found guilty of misdemeanor theft, possession of marijuana, criminal carrying weapon, and two counts criminal trespass. Sentenced Jan. 13 to 12 months controlled sentence for count one, 30 days for count two, 12 months for count three, six months for count four, and six months for count five; $158 to be paid to court trustees within 30 days of release.
