Dakota M. Crawford, 25. Florence, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery. Bond not set.
Zachary S. Dvorak, 29, Galva, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed nine times for a total of all of part of 179 days between May 13, 2018, and Sept. 11, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic battery, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving without a required anti-drinking interlock twice, making an aggravated criminal threat, interfering with a law enforcement officer twice, battery of a law enforcement officer, and driving an unregistered vehicle; for failing to appear in court four times; for allegedly violating his probation twice; and on court orders three times.
Joshua L. Friesen, 43, Wichita, jailed Monday for five days on court orders. Previously jailed March 19 to 21, 2022, on court orders; April 23 and 24, 2025, on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, and July 29 for failing to appear in court.
Nancy D. Garcia, 51, Marion, jailed April 8 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 15 times for a total of all or part of 248 days between Jan. 26, 2018, and Dec. 1, 2025. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, being held for the Department of Corrections once, for allegedly violating her probation eight times, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of domestic battery three times; driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked twice; assault; aggravated burglary; simple burglary; criminal restraint; interfering with law enforcement; violating an order of protection; failing to provide child support; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and transporting an open container of alcohol.
Bryce L. Hamilton, 31, Newton, jailed April 7 for allegedly violating his probation. Released 1½ hours later without bond. Previously jailed June 7 on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and without a required anti-drinking ignition interlock.
Holly R. Hamm, 42, Hillsboro, jailed Tuesday for McPherson County. Previously jailed Oct. 16 to Nov. 3, 2023, on suspicion of burglary and trespassing; Nov. 15 to Dec. 13, 2023, for contempt of court; March 14 to 19, 2025, on suspicion of possessing stolen property; and April 7 to 9, 2025, for allegedly violating her probation and possessing stolen property.
Douglas E. Helmsing, 58, Thousand Oaks, California, arrested Friday by a state trooper for failing to appear in court. Bond not set.
Sabrina L. Hessel, 31, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six time for a total of all or part of 11 days between March 21, 2018, and Sept. 19, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic violence, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving while her license was suspended; for failing to appear in court twice; and on court orders twice.
