NEW ARRESTS

Brent C. Billinger, 39, McPherson, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing illicit stimulants and drug paraphernalia. Bond not set.

Kevin L. Clegg, 59, Hillsboro, arrested Aug. 31 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released 11 hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond.

Michael L. Nance, 48, Maize, arrested Friday on suspicion of transporting an open container of alcohol. Released two hours later after posting a $500 surety bond.

Dustin D. Rodgers, 47, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on a warrant alleging that he violated his probation. Released six hours later after posting a $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of nine days since May 5, 2021, on court orders, for twice failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of twice failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance, of once operating a vehicle without a required anti-drinking interlock, of once displaying a license plate not assigned to his vehicle, and of twice driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
