NEW jailings

Rickey D. Leshure, 36, Marion arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released a day later on $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 11 to 15, 2019, on court orders; April 20, 2018, for probation violation; and April 4 to 5, 2018, on suspicion of charges including fleeing police, reckless driving, and failure to stop at or report an accident.

Castillo J.J. Maldonado, 25, Topeka, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of drunken driving and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released 2½ hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Gerald M. Shaw, 57, Wichita, arrested Saturday by Peabody police on an unspecified warrant from Rush County, Released 12 hours later on $10,000 surety bond.

Robert P. Tingen, 50, Goessel, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery and making a criminal threat. Released the next day on a $2,500 recognizance bond.

Christopher M. Troy, 33, Leonardsville, jailed July 20 on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Released July 21 on $1,500 surety bond.
