NEW ARRESTS

Ray E. Andrews, 64, Marion, arrested Thursday by Marion police on suspicion of driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license and failing to display evidence of liability insurance. Released 2½ hours later on $4,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Sept. 8 on suspicion of driving under the influence, without a valid license or insurance, transporting an open container of alcohol, and making an improper turn.

Ashley B. Loomis, 30, Marion, jailed July 10 for allegedly violating her probation. Released 3½ hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Oct. 17 on an undisclosed warrant and Dec. 11 on suspicion of obstructing apprehension or prosecution.

Charles A. Moon, 48, Newton, jailed July 10 for allegedly violating his probation. Released two days later on $2,500 surety bond. Jailed seven additional times for a total of 145 between Nov. 20, 2017, and Oct. 21, 2018.

Sharon F. O’Neill, 51, Herington, jailed Monday for seven days on court orders. Previously jailed May 9 to 11 and June 18 to 19 on court orders and for probation violation.

David R. Roberts, 57, Marion, arrested July 9 by Marion police on suspicion of trespassing on railroad property and possessing drug paraphernalia. Released a day later on his own recognizance.

Shawn E. Stahlheber, 42, Newton, jailed Tuesday for allegedly failing to appear in Peabody municipal court. Previously jailed Feb. 23 to 25, June 12 to 17, and Dec. 17 to 21 last year on court orders and for probation violation and failing to appear in court.

Daniel J. Steed, 38, Newton, jailed Sunday for allegedly failing to appear in court. Released the next morning on $500 cash bail.
