Tammy Britton, 42, Peabody, jailed Jan. 4 for allegedly violating probation.

Mark Elkins, 51, McPherson, jailed Jan. 3 after failing to appear in court.

Kody Goodpasture, 22, Atchison, arrested Dec. 31 by Marion police on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Charges were not filed and he was released.

Clayton Lingenfelter, 18, Hillsboro, arrested Jan. 4 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of battery and criminal restraint.

Andrew Meier, 22, Lehigh, jailed Dec. 30 on court orders.

Austin Pederson, 21, Emporia, jailed Jan. 4 for allegedly violating probation.

Gerald Shaw, 52, Peabody, jailed Jan. 4 after failing to appear in court.

Dedrick Thiessen, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Jan. 1 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of marijuana possession.
