Arrests Nov. 13 through Friday

David Gore, 33, Emporia, arrested Nov. 13 by Kansas Highway Patrol on a Marion County warrant for failure to appear, and on charges of driving under the influence, transport of an open container, and driving while license suspended.

Joyce Loomis, 43, Marion, arrested Nov. 15 by Marion police on charges of possession of narcotics, possession of hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transportation of an open container.

Sean Wilson, 39, Marion, arrested Nov. 15 by Marion police on charges of possession of narcotics, possession of hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, transportation of an open container, and driving while license suspended.

Jeff Madsen, 59, Peabody, jailed on court orders Nov. 16.

Merle Leppke, 73, Marion, arrested Nov. 17 by sheriff’s deputies for allegedly failing to appear in court.

Steven Zelniker, 34, Abilene, arrested Nov. 17 by sheriff’s deputies on a charge of aggravated battery.
