Debra Tullis, 45, Newton, committed by the court on Sedgwick County warrant Oct. 9.

Eric Williams, 27, Florence, arrested Oct. 11 by sheriff’s deputies on charges of pedestrian under the influence of intoxicants and criminal trespass.

Dirk Young, 19, Marion, arrested Oct. 13 by Marion police for probation violation.
