A community potluck supper was Wednesday evening at Carriage Manor in Florence. Those who attended were Dale and Tootsie Snelling, Mary Jane Grimmett, Sandi Harper, Janet Cress, Coleen Bruner, Hazel Clothier, Carol Kutz, Elise Joneanne, and Jean Everett. Bill and Margie Williams and Denise Fetrow were hosts for the evening.

Jessica Maddox, Dana, and Daxton took Denise Lang to Lawrence on Thursday to celebrate her birthday.

John and Denise Lang’s son Johnny from Towanda visited Saturday to celebrate Denise’s birthday.

Janet Cress’s guests Thursday were her granddaughters Ruby and Eliza Spregle from Alaska. They spent a few days with her.

Doni Rogers visited Bernice Odle on Thursday, and attended a family reunion Saturday in Hutchinson. She then went to Marion on Sunday to celebrate Skylar Andres’s first birthday.

Lorena Magathan, Anna Voelker, Sue Clough, and Margie Williams met in Florence for pie and coffee. The coffee and pie ended up being paid by someone unnamed.

Bill and Margie Williams attended a card party in Florence. Denise Fetrow was hostess.

Dale and Tootsie Snelling went to Salina on Saturday for a wedding. They spent the day with Tootsie’s sister Eleanor Silhan and her daughter Cathy, and her son David from Wichita.

All went to the wedding in the afternoon, and went out to eat in the evening.
