Nicholas B. Ervin dismissed physician Justin Morgan from a lawsuit filed March 5, 2024, against Morgan, physician Stephen Grillot, and nurse practitioner Gail Boaldin. The suit continues against Grillot and Boaldin. Ervin claims his wife, Stephanie Ervin, was not given proper care or transferred to a larger hospital capable of caring for her before she died in July, 2022.

Lori Goodman was ordered Dec. 19 to pay Velocity Investments $10,664.55 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

Travis R. Grosse was ordered Jan. 24 to pay Newton Healthcare $2,970.56 plus costs and interest for unpaid medical bills.

Jennifer Moss was ordered Jan. 27 to pay Midland Credit Management $735.88 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

Sherry Nelson dismissed a suit Jan. 28 against Countryside Feed and Valley View Milling. She had contended sheep feed purchased from Countryside and manufactured by Valley View was responsible for deaths and other health problems among her flock.

Thomas Taylor was ordered Jan. 24 to pay Woden Finance $1,000 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

U.S. Bank Trust Co. filed a petition Jan. 28 against Judith and Loren Rudolph, both deceased. U.S. Bank Trust seeks to foreclose a mortgage on property at 205 N. Buller, Goessel.

Hunter L. Wilson was ordered Jan. 24 to pay Woden Finance $847.57 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.
