Lakisha Reed and De Quincy Sanders were ordered Nov. 7 to pay Rakesh Davis $1 million for injuries Davis suffered in an April 12 crash. He was a passenger in a car driven by Reed and owned by Sanders that crashed into the back of a tow truck on US-50 a quarter mile from Mustang Rd. Davis claims he suffered medical expenses, permanent injuries and disability, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, and mental anguish.

Dana Beth Riling was ordered Oct. 28 to pay Newton Healthcare Corp. $69.25 plus costs and interest for unpaid medical bills.

A lawsuit earlier filed by Edward Runyon against Hadley Transit and Matthew Hadley was dismissed Nov. 2 to be transferred to Butler County District Court.

A lawsuit earlier filed by Synchrony Bank against Danny Bradfield was dismissed Nov. 2.
