Gateway Mortgage Group was granted foreclosure Nov. 13 of property in Hillsboro owned by Bowen D. Williams and Adriana Black. The property was ordered sold with Gateway to collect $82,905.55 in principal and costs.

Jessica L. Trapp was ordered Nov. 13 to pay Unifund CCR, LLC, $1,904.66 plus costs and interest for an unpaid credit card.

A lawsuit originally filed against Marion County and Expedition Wind Farm by Randal Eitzen and 72 other plaintiffs, all of whom except Florence resident Tom Britain dismissed their claims and withdrew from the lawsuit, was dismissed with prejudice Nov. 24 because Britain, not represented by an attorney, failed to respond to the county and the wind farm’s motion for summary judgment.

A lawsuit earlier filed against Roger Lee Williams by Newton Healthcare Corp. was dismissed Dec. 1.
