Prairie Lawn Cemetery board of directors will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Peabody City Building. The meeting is open to the public.

Saturday

Peabody Dreamers take to the streets to continue cleaning gutters on Walnut St. from 9:30 until noon. Meet at Santa Fe Park to break into teams. Bring rakes, brooms, buckets, trucks, and trailers. Volunteers appreciated.

Sunday

May Sunday Cruise from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Motorcycles, vintage cars, vendors, downtown shopping, church service at 10 a.m., and music. See classic rides and enjoy downtown Peabody.

Monday

“Dinner with the Doctor” at Peabody Senior Center. Dr. Whitely will speak about senior health issues after lunch.

Tuesday

Florence Farmer’s Market from 5 to 7 p.m. at Moses Shane Park, adjacent to US-50.

Second Peabody Proud Brainstorm, 7 p.m., high school cafeteria. Meet with others to put into action suggestions from the first meeting. It is time to move Peabody forward, solve some issues, and make some accomplishments. Bring your enthusiasm.
