Aulne plans early Fourth

Free fireworks and homemade ice cream will highlight Aulne’s annual Independence Day celebration Sunday at the United Methodist Church.

Entertainment and fellowship will be at 7 p.m., followed by ice cream and desserts. A professional fireworks display at dark will close the evening with a bang.

Participants are being encouraged to bring lawn chairs and bug spray. Donations will be accepted.
