Kansas Department of Agriculture will present an agribusiness development workshop from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Marion Community Center.

The workshop will provide Kansas farmers, ranchers, and agribusinesses with resources and current business development and organizational contacts to assist with startup or expansion.

Representatives from Hillsboro, Marion, Marion County Economic Development, Network Kansas, Kansas Department of Agriculture, Small Business Development Center, USDA and Kansas Department of Wildlife will all be featured speakers.

KDA received a Rural Business Development Grant to help fund this workshop.
