According to law enforcement reports released this week:

SHERIFF

20th Rd. east of Xavier Rd.

Aaron Leann Moore, 34, Burns, was driving a 2006 Pontiac Torrent when she reportedly lost control on a gravel road and the vehicle overturned into the north ditch at 10:45 a.m. March 3. Moore was taken by Peabody ambulance to Susan B. Anthony Memorial Hospital in El Dorado. Undersheriff David Huntley’s report indicated inattention as contributing to the accident.

190th Rd. east of US-77

A 1997 Ford F25 driven by Devin Hunter Soyez, 16, Marion, was westbound on 190th Rd. a half mile east of US-77 at 7 p.m. March 3 when the pickup veered into the north ditch. Soyez was cited in the report as telling deputies he was looking over to change the radio at the time. Deputy Travis Wilson reported that Soyez overcorrected, sending the pickup skidding into the south ditch, where it overturned and came to rest on its roof.

Marion ambulance took Soyez to St. Luke Hospital. A passenger, David James Francis III, 16, Marion, was not taken to the hospital.

Eagle Rd. south of 140th Rd.

Lanna Wagner, 17, Goessel, received possible injuries when her 2000 Suzuki Swift left the gravel road and overturned at 5:57 p.m. March 6. She was transported by Marion ambulance to Newton Medical Center. Deputy Bronson Shipman cited overcorrection as a contributing factor. The disabled vehicle was removed from the scene by owner Doug Wagner, Goessel.

150th Rd. east of K-15

Joseph Catron, 63, Hillsboro, struck a deer with his 2008 Ford F150 pickup at 6:29 a.m. March 8. Catron was not injured and drove the vehicle from the scene.
