According to law enforcement reports released Friday:

140th west of Timber Rd.

A 2005 Toyota Corolla driven by Nickolas Hett, 30, Marion, was struck on the driver’s side door at 6:45 a.m. July 30.

US-50 west of Wagonwheel Rd.

David Wallace, 55, Bakersfield, was driving east on US-50 in a 2014 Freightliner semi truck owned by CRST Lincoln Sales, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, when he moved to the shoulder of the road to avoid a head-on collision with another semi that was passing cars. Wallace then reportedly overcorrected and the semi rolled onto its side. Wallace and a passenger, Mary Wallace, 53, Bakersfield, were transported to St. Luke Hospital by Marion EMS, and the vehicle was towed.
