Peabody High School home economics classes will host a student teacher from Kansas State University, Diana Goertz of Marion. Goertz has signed a contract to teach vocational home economics at Peabody High School next year.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Larsen, Mrs. Floyd Davis, and Mrs. Earl Fickert attended the Wilderness Trail of Redbud Trees from Cedar Vale to Independence Thursday and on Sunday took in the Rattlesnake Hunt at Wynok, Oklahoma.

Business and Professional Women’s Club met Tuesday for their regular buffet and business meeting. Mrs. John Berns showed slides of their recent European trip.
