Peabody FFA took 6th place in Kansas Purebred Sheep Breeders Association judging contest Saturday at Hutchinson. Team members are Lewis Gray, Terry Casper, Douglas Davis, and Tommy Wunderlick.

Judy Botkin and Norman Classen of Peabody were united in marriage at the Baptist church at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 24. Mrs. Frank Woodruff was matron of honor.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Walker were hosts to the dessert bridge club Saturday night. Guests attending were Mr. and Mrs. Gaylord Maples and Mrs. Carol Foote.
