A number of the younger set have secured a tennis court on Circle Drive and have organized a club which will meet regularly during the summer months. This is great sport and the members will derive a world of recreation and pleasure from it. Miss Frances Wagar has been elected president and Raymond Perrussel, vice president. Miss Lois Stone was chosen for secretary and treasurer.

When the Florence Boosters were in Hillsboro last Thursday another evidence of neighborliness came out. The 32, who made the trip, had dinner in Hillsboro. Without any notice George Hughes gathered seven of his saxophone band together and was ready to entertain the visitors as soon as they retired from dinner. These folks wanted the Florence people to know they were for them, and it was their method of expression. What a fine old world this would be if we would let the leather fellow know we were for him without being asked.
