Wonsevu news: Smiths take 4-H club tour

Sharon Smith and Julia went on the County Line 4-H Club tour. Later they had supper at Florence.

Bill and Margie Williams attended the 4th of July cookout and fireworks display at the John Soyez home.

Carl Williams of Manhattan was a Sunday dinner guest of Bill and Margie Williams.

We extend our sympathy to the family of Irwin Creamer. He was a longtime Florence resident and will be missed by many. He was a nice man.

John Lang, Johnny and Jaimie returned Friday from New York. They had a good time while they were there.

Johnny left for wrestling camp Sunday at Stillwater, Okla.

Hazel Clothier and Bill and Margie Williams attended the 45th wedding anniversary celebration of Everett and Janet Cress Sunday evening at the Cedar Point schoolhouse. We extend congratulations to them and wish them many more.

Hazel Clothier met her daughter and granddaughter, Teresa and Cassidy Hill of Marion for lunch Friday at the Chuck Wagon in Florence.y
